One of the things I am really bad at is my water intake. I know I should be drinking more! One of the things the Miracle Morning suggests you do first thing is to drink a big ol’ glass of water. A lot of people swear by lemon water. So, I have kick started my journey to my perfect morning routine… And you guessed it; it involves lemon water!

If you love drinking water in the morning to start off your day or you want to follow my journey, think about adding a couple of slices of lemon. Everyone knows by now that lemon water is great for the body and it comes up in almost every healthy eating list ever. But even though we know it’s good for us, do we know exactly why it is so good?

Whenever you think of potassium and getting some into your diet, you will likely think about eating banana or two.
