My friend, Kirsten over at Obtaining Bliss is a blogger and Bliss Coach. She works hard to help those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or domestic violence find their bliss. Kirsten is a firm believer that everyone deserves to live a life they dream of!
I had that honor of guest posting for Obtaining Bliss. I talked about a few of the benefits of an ESA and Therapy Dog.
As a lot of you already know, Ryder is my Emotional Support Animal. He helps me through my depression and anxiety on a daily basis. Having Ryder by my side gives me a life I am proud of. A life that is bigger than I would have alone and without him. There are many days that he was the sole reason I got out of bed.
Do you ever have those days?
You have to know that you are not alone. There are many people willing to help you through the hard times. But did you know that a dog could help you, as well?
Do you ever wonder what an ESA really is? And what is the difference between them and Service Dogs anyway? You are not alone. Many people are confused about the difference between Service Animals, ESAs, and Therapy animals. I outlined all of those as well in my guest post.
I highly recommend that you go check out Kirsten over at Obtaining Bliss. She is a wonderful support and resource who those struggling with mental health issues.
